PC-3 cells were cultured with varying concentrations of either IFN-α2b (0–100,000 IU/ml) or PDF (0–1,000 μg/ml) as indicated, and viable cell numbers in IFN-α2b-treated (A) or PDF-treated (B) cases were determined at 72 h.
