The cell viability of K562 cells under the Oct-1 decoy oligonucleotide treatment. The K562 cells were seeded at a density of 2 × 104 cells/ml and treated with either the scrambled oligonucleotide or the Oct-1 decoy oligonucleotide at the concentrations indicated. The cell density was determined at various time points (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 days). The cell growth curves represent the mean data of three independent experiments.
