Immunohistostainings and histological analysis of the lymph node biopsies before and six months after temsirolimus. Quantitative studies showed a significant decrease of cyclin D1, cell proliferation, microvessel density and VEGF-A expression as well as a significant increase in fibrosis after six months of temsirolimus.
