Both axes are logarithmic and the dilutions that were used were 1:100,000, 1:10,000, 1:1000, 1:100, and undiluted. In parenthesis at each dilution point is the reading reported by the instrument. The dotted line represents the highest reported value of 2000 IU/mL. The lines connecting each point are for illustration and do not represent the actual values at intermediate dilutions.
