Differential Expression of MicroRNAs in CD34+ Cells of 5q- Syndrome

Messenger RNA profiles of CD34+ cells in the tested subjects were assayed by microarrays and putative targets of deregulated miRNAs (p ≤ 0.05) were determined by prediction algorithm tools. The integrative analysis of differently expressed mRNAs and predicted targets identified genes with an inverse expression pattern.
