Sall4 reduction induced decreased LSK cell proliferation and accelerated differentiation. Freshly isolated BM LSK cells were cultured and infected with pRS control retrovirus or expressing Sall4-specific short-hairpin RNA (#7412). Cells were grown with puromycin (1.2 μg/ml) selection for 10 days.
