(A) Mixing in vivo tumor neutralization assay: Functionally active CD8 T-cells (obtained from spleens of mice bearing small primary tumors and after AdV-tk/GCV treatment) were mixed with fresh TC1 tumor cells and CD11b+ populations obtained at different points during progression: (i) tumor naïve mice, (ii) mice bearing large primary tumors or (iii) three days after surgical cytoreduction.
