Figure 2

Longitudinal quantification of bioluminescent signals in mice transplanted with polyclonal luciferase-transduced human leukemia cell lines. Four NSG mice were transplanted with 5 x 106 polyclonal luciferase-transduced Jurkat wildtype cells by intravenous injection into the tail vein. D-luciferin was injected intraperitoneally (150 mg/kg body weight) and bioluminescence images were taken twice weekly (Bining: 8, FOV 19.6, f/stop 1, exposure time 120 sec). a Pseudocolor images of mice transplanted with polyclonal luciferase-expressing human Jurkat wildtype cells showing unequal development of bioluminescence signal over the time. No luciferase signal was detected in control mice (data not shown). b Signal intensity was quantified from each animal plotted and is shown as a function of the number of days after transplantation.
