Frequencies of the ITPA polymorphism in normal Caucasian population compared with three AHM groups. The % frequencies of the ITPA 94A and IVS2+21C sequence variants are shown. AHM groups examined were MDS (n=39), CLL (n=28), and AML (n=18). The p-values were calculated using Fisher’s exact test. The frequency for the normal population is from Sumi et al.[3].
