(A) Kaplan Meier survival curves for patients with histologic bone marrow involvement (BMIhisto+; n = 259) and (B) for patients without histologic bone marrow involvement (BMIhisto-; n = 1326). The patients with ≥ 2 chromosomal abnormalities exhibited significantly worse survival in both the BMIhisto+ and BMIhisto- groups.
