A schematic model showing that the scFvMTBHsp70 fusion protein binds with MSLN on tumor cells and activates antigen presenting cells (APCs), thus promoting uptake of tumor cells or tumor cell fragments, and promoting tumor antigen presentation and cross-presentation as well as adjuvanting tumor specific CD4 ⁺ and CD8 ⁺ T-cell responses.
