Hematologic parameters in Sf3b1^+/−compared to Sf3b1^+/+mice. Complete blood cell count (CBC) was measured during long-term follow-up of Sf3B1^+/+ (n = 5; Female/Male = 3/2) and Sf3b1^+/+ (n = 5; Female/Male = 3/2) mice. Blood was taken every month and measured using a Hemavet 500 instrument until 12 months of age. Sf3b1^+/+ are indicated in white and Sf3b1^+/− in black bars, respectively.
