a, b The cells were transfected with TMEM140-RNAi-2 or normal control and then subjected to cell proliferation assay by CCK-8. TMEM140 knockdown via siRNA silencing inhibited the proliferation of U87 (a) and U373 (b) cells. c, d TMEM140 knockdown inhibited the growth of U87 cells in vivo.
