The total EGFR protein expression, phosphorylation of EGFR and EGFR peptides phosphorylation in primary AML samples. a Total EGFR protein expression was measured using RPPA of 511 adult AML samples. Total EGFR protein was highly expressed in 11 % (57/511) of the adult AML samples versus the CD34+ normal bone marrow (NBM) samples.
