From: NT1014, a novel biguanide, inhibits ovarian cancer growth in vitro and in vivo
NT1014 induced cellular stress in ovarian cancer cells. The IGROV-1 and SKOV3 cells were treated with NT1014 and metformin at the indicated doses for 4 h, and the ROS production was determined using the DCFH-DA assay. NT1014 increased the ROS level in a dose-dependent manner (a, b).
