SIX3 inhibits the astrocytoma tumorigenesis in vivo and in vitro. a U251-CON and U251-SIX3 cells were intracranially injected into the brains of nude mice. Survival analysis showed that mice transplanted with U251-SIX3 cells exhibited longer survival compared to mice transplanted with U251-CON cells. b H&E staining and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that mice transplanted with U251-SIX3 cells exhibited smaller tumors and lower expression of Ki-67, AURKA, and AURKB. c The growth curves measuring weight in the two groups of mice.
