UBE2O delays MM tumor growth and prolongs the survival of mice bearing MM tumors. a LP1 cells were subcutaneously injected into the right flanks of female nude mice. When tumors were palpable, tumors were injected with 10 μg of UBE2O or empty vectors twice a week for continued 3 weeks.
