Overexpression of miR-200b prevents EMT and promotes tumor regression. a-b Nude mice (six per group) were subcutaneously injected with 3 × 106 HCCC cells and miR-200b mimics, inhibitor or negative control (10 nM per injection) were delivered via intratumoral injection for six times, 3 days apart.
