Expression of GD2 antigen in human melanoma cell lines. a The expression of GD2 in eight melanoma cell lines was evaluated by FACS analysis. SK-MEL-5, WM-266-4, HMV-II, GAK, MMYC-3 and AMYC-5 cell lines exhibited GD2 expression at intermediate/high (++/+++), A875 and MMYC-7 cell lines exhibited GD2 expression at low levels (+), respectively (red histograms). In 293T cell lines, GD2 was undetectable.
