Growth inhibition of CTCL cell lines by 4SC-202 and FK228. a Dose response curves for the indicated CTCL cell lines as well as freshly isolated peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) and primary dermal fibroblasts derived from adult skin (fibroblasts A) were determined using the MTS assay. To this end, cells were incubated for 3 days with different concentrations of 4SC-202 and FK228 in triplicates and at two different cell densities. Following incubation with the MTS reagent absorbance at 490 nm was determined and values normalized to untreated controls are depicted. b, c IC50 doses for 4SC-202 and FK228-treated cells were calculated by nonlinear fitting of the MTS data
