Overall survival. This Kaplan-Meier curve represents the probability of overall survival for the all cohort, from the time of alloSCT (stem cell transplantation) to death or loss to follow-up. The continuous line represents the survival curve; the 2 dotted lines represent the 95% CI. Time is represented in months on the horizontal axis. Below the x-axis, the remaining patients at risk are detailed. OS at 1 year was 68% (95% CI 0.63–0.74) and was 65% (95% CI 0.59–0.7) at 2 years. OS at 4 years was 59% (95% CI 0.53–0.65)
