VS-6063 increases the sensitivity of PC9GR cells to gefitinib in vivo. a Athymic nude mice with PC9GR tumours were treated with gefitinib (12.5 mg/kg) or gefitinib (12.5 mg/kg) plus VS-6063 (25 mg/kg) for 2 weeks followed by treatment cessation.
