Reduced animal survival and delayed hematological recovery in primary transplant mice receiving BM cells from Pim TKO mice. Lethally irradiated female FVB/J mice were injected via tail vein with BM cells obtained from male Pim TKO mice or male WT controls (5 × 10⁵ cells/recipient mouse (n=7/group)). Animal survival (A) was monitored daily. Peripheral blood white blood cell count (B) was measured at 1, 2, and 3 months post transplantation (*p < 0.05). Peripheral platelet count (C) was measured at 3 months post transplant (*p < 0.05).
