The expression of TSP-2 is correlated with Gleason score of PCa and MMP-2 expression. The expression of TSP-2 (a) and miR-376c (b) between healthy individuals and PCa patients was determined from 52 cases of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. The correlation of TSP-2 (c) and MMP-2 (d) with PCa progression was determined from 45, 245, 63, 136, and 3 individuals of PCa patients from the Gleason score 6~10 of TCGA database.
