Effects of combinations of IFN-α _2b and PDF on cell growth. Cells were cultured with varying concentrations of IFN-α_2b/PDF combination for 72 h, and cell growth was assessed by the % of viable cell number relative to that in control (100%). Cell growth in control, IFN-α_2b (10 K IU/ml)-treated, or IFN-α_2b (10 K)/PDF (100 μg/ml)-treated, or IFN-α_2b (10 K)/PDF (250)-treated cells is shown.
