From: Lobaplatin arrests cell cycle progression in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Lobaplatin inhibited proliferation of human HCC cells. (A) A comparison of lobaplatin and oxaliplatin in five human HCC cell lines. The IC50 value was determined using cell proliferation assay. (B) The dose-response curve of lobaplatin in SMMC-7721 cells. The cell proliferation rate of untreated cells was defined as 100% and that of treated cells was expressed as a percentage of the untreated cells. The data represented the mean ± standard deviations of three independent experiments.
