Reduction of mitochondrial transmembrane potential in MOLT-4 cells treated with MF derivatives in the presence or absence of TRAIL. The cells were treated with 5-MF at IC₂₀ level (A) or 2'-MF at IC₂₀ level (B) or DMF at IC₂₀ level, TMF at IC₂₀ level, PMF at IC₂₀ level (C) for various times of incubation and then with or without TRAIL (IC₂₀) for 24 h.
