Cytotoxicity of human T cell subclone in different E/T ratios mediated by diabody or ds-diabody (1.0 pM) in a non-radioactive cytotoxicity assay. a Cytotoxicity of CD4+ T cells. b Cytotoxicity of CD8+ T cells. Effector-to-target cell ratio ranged from 25:1 to 3:1. The killing effect of activated CD4+ or CD8+ T cells reached the maximum when Ara-C (0.25 μM) and the diabody or ds-diabody were both added. There was no statistical difference between the parent diabody and ds-diabody in mediating the lysis of tumor cells. The killing effect of CD8+ T cells was greater than that of CD4+ T cells. Data shown are the means ± SD of experiments for each B-ALL sample cells performed in quadruplicate
