Expressions of perforin, granzyme B, IL2 and IL6 by activated T cell subpopulation. There was a greater percentage of perforin/granzyme B/IL2/IL6 CD4+ or CD8+ T cells after co-culturing tumors, T cells, and diabody or ds-diabody compared to the control. Tumor cells pre-incubated with Ara-C stimulated more perforin (a)/granzyme B (b)/IL2 (c)/IL6 (d)expressed by T subpopulation cells than tumor cells alone. Moreover, CD8+ T cells released more perforin, granzyme B, and IL6 than CD4+ T cells, and CD4+ T cells released more IL2 than CD8+ T cells. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 were compared to the controls.
