YQ3 inhibits adhesion and cancer cell-induced platelet activation. a The vWF binding was inhibited by YQ3 detected by flow cytometry. Washed human platelets were incubated with 2 μg/ml recombined human vWF in the presence of 1 mg/ml ristocetin. Binding of vWF was detected with FITC-conjugated human vWF IgG by flow cytometry and quantitated by mean fluorescence intensity. b YQ3 inhibited ristocetin- and collagen-induced platelet aggregation.
