In vivo targeting of LXY30 to both subcutaneous and intracranial xenograft tumors of EGFR-mutant H3255 cells. Optical images were taken 6 h after the injection of streptavidin-Cy5.5 (SA-Cy5.5) alone or in combination with biotinylated LXY30 (LXY30-biotin) into nude mice bearing subcutaneous (a) or intracranial EGFR-mutant lung cancer H3255 xenografts (b). The fluorescence signals of SA-Cy5.5 and LXY30-SA-Cy5.5 were quantitated in both intracranial (c) and subcutaneous (d) H3255 xenograft tumors.
