Simultaneous treatment with PPP and ASP3026 abrogates anchorage-independent colony formation of NPM-ALK+ T cell lymphoma cells. a Representative images of colonies from cells treated with ASP3026 or PPP alone and in combination are shown. b Treatment of the NPM-ALK+ T cell lymphoma cell lines with PPP (0.25 μM) or ASP3026 (1.0 μM) for 48 h was associated with a significant decrease in anchorage-independent colony formation at 5 days after treatment, and the decrease in colony formation was also markedly pronounced in cells treated with combined drugs. Importantly, combination regimen reduced colony numbers more efficiently than a single treatment with PPP or ASP3026. The results are presented as means ± SD of three independent experiments
